Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact returns@maiblu.co.uk as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are purchasing as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging where reasonably possible. We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been returned.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
